Cabot – Break Into Merchandising

The Challenge

Cabot, a co-op brand owned by over 1000 farming families throughout New York and New England, approached us to increase sales and drive a deeper level engagement across all Big Y stores in Connecticut.

How We Did It

Within a month our team was able to identify a cost effective merchandising solution that enabled us to drive volume and velocity, foster deeper levels of engagement within the retail space, and drive new points of distribution for the portfolio.  

The Results

Not only were we able to break into 50 + key retailers across Connecticut; we also identified an opportunity to strengthen key account relationships that yielded more product facings, additional shelf space, and display opportunities.
