Champions Weekend 2018


The Challenge

We were approached to develop programming to reward top performing PRUSA Wholesaler Sales People. In the third annual event of its kind, we were challenged to take a new approach and “spice it up.”

How We Did It

The work of these employees requires a lot of travel and time away from family to excel. So this year, we executed a couple’s event that sought to reward the salesperson and their spouse for their performance.

In addition to including spouses, we were able to source increased budget to bring in more “AHA” gifts, including jet skis, motorcycles, and unique vacation destinations.


The Results

Not only did the participants enjoy the event with their spouses, we received the highest compliment from PRUSA – a renewed contract for year 4 signed just one month after the program’s conclusion.
