The brand was introduced into the United States in 1987 focusing on the Mexican-American market. Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water is sold in Mexico and across the United States.

Job Summary:

Greenhouse (GH) is seeking an Integrated Project Manager (IPM) who is dynamic, ambitious, detail-oriented, and strategic and embraces our core brand values by being; daring, rooted, innovative, and agile. Our ideal candidate works well independently as well as in a collaborative team setting and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will work directly with the Topo Chico Program Manager to manage client projects and initiatives, including the coordination and execution of field marketing campaigns. The IPM is responsible for ensuring all deliverables are completed by allotted deadlines, while adhering to overall budget costs. The IPM will integrate project stakeholders and vendor partners, maintain internal and client relationships, and assist with respective needs, facilitating how best project requirements are satisfied.

Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

Client & Agency Integration: 45%

  • Coordinate and attend weekly meetings, internal and client facing, leading agenda development and recaps
  • Review all deliverables for accuracy against Topo Chico’s needs and current strategy
  • Ensure all project timelines and budget targets are met, forecast over-runs and shortfalls in real time
  • Manage client expectations at all times to foster effectiveness and productivity in both internal and external teams
  • Maintain regular client contact and become an integral part of client’s team
  • Ensure that the client is updated and briefed on all relevant project activity through routine status reports and meetings
  • Ensure program results and best practices are shared throughout the program to raise the bar constantly
  • Ensure FMMs and RMMs are effectively utilizing Repsly and provide monthly recaps of activity logged against KPIs
  • Develop a knowledge of client’s brand strategy, objectives, and goals
  • Implement the proprietary CULTIV8 methodology utilized by the agency, to ensure quality and consistency is exhibited in all work
  • Support current partnership projects including trade and vendor relations
  • Meet unforeseen needs including customer presentations and product launches
  • Provide procurement for vendor sourcing, analysis and relationship management 
  • Keep project team briefed on project activities, updating team on key areas of concern and opportunities for change

Field Marketing System Management & Operations: 45%

  • Provide 60-day executive reviews of the program activity roll-ups for internal and client facing key stakeholders 
  • Leveraging CRM tools, prepare reports for special requests, time and mileage analysis, platform modifications, uploading key accounts and removing duplicates, and updating KPI dashboards as needed
  • Day-to-day management of CRM tool to track account visits, mileage, and photo submissions 
  • Provide Program Manager with a weekly summary to confirm Field Marketing benchmarks are met, and if not, what steps are being taken to address gaps
  • Track overall program funding and POs to ensure program stays within budget
  • Provide bi-weekly summaries to the Program Manager confirming CRM inputs are valid and mileage approval emails are accounted for
  • Host quarterly individual reviews with team members and provide the Program Manager with a territory report outlining KPI execution and CRM proficiency
  • Present and lead monthly budget reviews, providing recommendations and feedback to improve efficiency of funds
  • Manage Field Marketing team day-to-day needs, including managing repairs, registration updates, payment of fines, vehicle management, graphic wraps, and mail distribution
  • Serve as team administrator for online platforms including BOX and other digital storage tools
  • Solve logistical asset requests, including storage and product management, and manage asset distribution
  • Identify new opportunities with brands that have overlapping consumer groups 

Trade Show Management: 10%

  • Facilitate field marketing support across all brands for all high-profile tradeshows
  • Coordinate with vendors and collaborate with trade show team
  • Manage execution budgets and all communications, including updates, run of show team calls, onsite meetings
  • Organize and manage staff shifts for all trade shows

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related-field preferred
  • 1-3 years of field marketing experience 
  • Passion for the brand and industry systems
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time 
  • Licensed driver with a clean driving record 
  • Access to an airport 
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Well versed in marketing strategies and techniques
  • Adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Suites
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional fast-paced team environment
  • Highly organized with experience in professional relationship management
  • Ability to professionally communicate results and reporting with clients and teammates
