With over 20 years experience in CPG marketing, Sean leads the strategic planning and company vision here at Greenhouse. He loves the ability to innovate and create new, boundary’less solutions for each of our clients, such as fulfilling the directive to “go big” with the world’s largest pint glass. Outside of work, Sean enjoys walks in the woods with his dog Rosie, open air conferences and quality time with his family.
Bringing 10 years of experience and SPHR certification to the team, Christine leads our talent acquisition and employee relations. She is a driving force behind the company culture we love, where she works to create a diverse and inclusive team where every member can bring their whole selves to work every day. She is proud to be a resource to our team members and external talent. When Christine is not in the office, she enjoys learning, especially about health and wellness, and spending time with her family.
Though Tim’s main role lies in keeping our finances in order, he’s also our lead intern wrangler and web development liaison. We love Tim’s outlook to improve every process he touches, even if it’s not his direct responsibility. He takes a hands-on approach to keeping our communications and processes effective and efficient. Outside of work, Tim loves exploring cinematography, psychology and astrophysics.
With over 16 years of experience in strategic integrated marketing, Thomas has successfully led the development and implementation of consumer programming for some of the world’s leading brands, including Jack Daniel’s, Adidas, Coke and Tequila Herradura. He says his proudest moment at Greenhouse was the launch of our integrated model: “Every time a current or future client realizes that they will have one POC for all of their marketing needs and that we serve as a direct extension of their marketing team, I feel like we are changing the way they understand agency relationships.”
Outside of Greenhouse, you can catch Thomas enjoying the outdoors through hiking, diving or his local adult sports league.
Terri is our resident corporate travel expert with over 20 years in the industry. She leads the planning, management, and day-to-day operations of client programs focused on making our client experiences seamless. Her proudest problem solving moment was safely and securely mobilizing clients out of Cancun, Mexico, in the face of a nasty hurricane, with no added costs. She enjoys walking her dog, playing golf and spending quality time with her daughter.
Josh helps our clients and prospects define the role of digital experience, content, and data to enhance attendee engagement in their programs. He holds over 11 years of experience successfully delivering large-scale experiential marketing programs for McDonald’s, General Motors, Kia, Amazon and Lennar. Other than winning for his clients, Josh enjoys tennis, coaching baseball and singing in a 90s cover band.
Dante is the liaison between client, program and in-house stakeholders for all Brown-Forman programs managed by Greenhouse. He provides strategic support, budget management, administrative oversight and collaboration on process development for our 65+ employees across all Brown-Forman programs, including on-boarding, training and professional development of new employees. His proudest moment with Greenhouse was the launch of the Brand Champion program in 2012, which has emerged as an innovative and highly respected benchmark program in the beverage marketing world, while helping to propel our agency on to the national stage. Outside of this role, Dante enjoys skimboarding, real estate and investing.
Mark leads account services for PEO, sampling and HQ management with a focus on challenging the status quo to uncover uncommon solutions to our clients’ unique and ever-changing challenges. His personal interests include golfing with friends, colleagues and clients, traveling and live music.
As our Meetings & Events Program Director, Lori plans and executes client and corporate events around the world. Her more than 20 years of experience means Lori knows all the details to anticipate so our clients can fully enjoy the experience of the location. Her favorite example of this happened in Mexico: when bad weather ruined plans for a sunset cruise, Lori located a unique restaurant with a local music competition, and the clients became the judges! Her personal interests include exercising, traveling to unusual places and serving as a Big Sister.
Rikard is our resident gatekeeper of all the numbers and budgets with more than eight years of experience helping Greenhouse grow to what it is today. He enjoys the ability to wear many hats and stay on his toes as we grow and bring in a range of diverse clientele. For his best experiences with Greenhouse: “It’s a tie between being invited to tour the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, TN and experiencing the Sunset Strip Music Festival in Hollywood, CA (RIP).”
Lauren’s degree in behavioral neuroscience brings a unique perspective to our recruitment and Human Resources team. When asked what she enjoys most about her career, Lauren said, “I enjoy being able to connect people with awesome jobs. Work is such a huge part of our day-to-day lives and our identities that it is extremely rewarding to have a small part in setting people up with their next step in their careers and to see them flourish in their roles.”
Tracy is a key member of our team, keeping our numbers in line, our expenses reconciled and our people paid. As a member of the Greenhouse team, Tracy loves working for a growing company with a close team. Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with her family.
With more than 30 years of experience, Kevin oversees all Brown-Forman programming. Under his leadership, Kevin is proud to continually ensure all programming exceeds program goals each year. Additionally, Kevin exercises his business development skills outside of the office, having founded four start-ups in his career. He is a lover of all sports and his family.
With more than 15 years of experience, Cindy manages our Tequila Brand Champions and Woodford Reserve Ambassadors. She most enjoys mentoring her team and helping them explore new opportunities. Traveling for business is also a favorite of hers. She enjoys writing, storytelling and audio books for long travels. Cindy has a soft spot for her kittens and plans to foster in the future.
Jesse’s roles includes overseeing event staffing for the Southern California market, shipping and receiving and office management for special events. He enjoys taking on new leadership roles, streamlining staffing processes and helping to solve a range of client issues. His personal interests include attending concerts, golfing and fitness.
Jason leads a team of 21 Local Field Integration Market Managers across various markets in the US representing Brown Forman/Jack Daniels. In this role, Jason drives the localization and consistency of national platforms across the US while developing and nurturing a healthy team environment.
As our marketing coordinator, Deanna assists with market research and brand strategy development for new clients. She started as a Greenhouse intern but impressed us so much, we had to keep her around. She loves how our diverse client roster means no day is ever the same. In her personal time, Deanna creates her own beauty/hygiene products, bakes up a storm and spends plenty of time outdoors.
Erynne is a member of the finance team responsible for keeping our expenses, payroll and admin in order. Erynne says, “I am happy to be a part of the movement that is Greenhouse. We are experiencing exponential growth while getting to see the impact of our field teams’ expertise.” Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, concerts and movies.
Gregory is responsible for overseeing and driving new business for the company’s M&E division. Gregory is proud to create and execute “once in a lifetime” events for our clients. He also loves golfing, coaching and mentoring lower income high schoolers and serving as a Big Brother.
